 I had been telling John for at least 2 years I was going to sell my house. He would come over and discuss options etc, then something would come up and I would put it off. Thankfully John was so patient with me. I finally did decide to sell and John patiently (again) walked me through everything and was always available to answer a question. It took awhile to get my house ready but when it was, John put it on the market and it sold in 2 days! I also made more money on it than I ever imagined I would. Thank you so much for making the sale of my house as stress free and great experience.
