Any agent can take you shopping or put your home on the market - but John Bencheck makes a HUGE difference in your experience, and more importantly your results (smarter contracts, better offers, better advice, better guidance, better listing strategy, the list can go on). One of my listings stagnated, and once John took it over (and made his recommended adjustments) it sold in one day! I couldn't recommend him more, and I refer anyone to him that I can.
