My wife and I had the pleasure of working with John to purchase our home. We had very specific requirements due to the fact that we had to have a house that would accommodate my wife’s parents moving in with us. John did a great job finding options for us in neighborhoods that we had not previously known about. He was very patient, taking us to countless houses until we found the perfect one. Once we were under contract, the process was very smooth and I had very little concern the entire time.  He  also did a great job finding contractors and procuring quotes form them to allow us to personalize the house before we moved in. Since closing on the house, he has continued to be a great resource when I need a recommendation for a contractor.  At this point, John is more than just our realtor, he is our friend. It is clear to me than he sees his clients as more than just a transaction. I have already recommended him to numerous friends and I will continue to use him for future real estate needs.
