    Over the phone, Zoom, in-person - doesn’t matter to me. I want to know enough to be actually helpful, and I want you to know enough to be in-control.

  • We'll get you with a lender

    Who you get your mortgage with matters: from customer service to follow through, I have several lenders I’ll recommend for a great experience and awesome rates. We’ll use this info to set up your search.

  • Start searching!

    Using a search straight from the MLS ensures you get accurate results. I blend this search with online syndicates and your desired neighborhoods to look deeper. It may take time, but we will find your house!

  • We find "the" house

    We’ve searched and found a house you’re ready to call home. I research value and then we strategize together on how to win this offer!

  • INSPECTIONS

    EVERY single house has defects, even new construction. By getting a home inspection, we’re going to head off any concerning issues before your closing.

  • Repairs, Appraisal, Title

    There are ALWAYS speed bumps along the way! I’ve seen every variety. I’ve got your back - don’t worry!

  • We Close!

    Everything comes together, usually in 30-45 days from contract. You’ll sign a pile of documents and the keys to YOUR home are YOURS!
