Pictures - In an online marketplace, you have mere seconds. Pictures and video matter more than ever. I always hire a professional. Why would you sell one of your highest value assets with photos from a potato?

Promotion - Your home must be on the market with proper signage, online exposure, networking, open houses, and other promotional tactics. With every listing, we will have an outlined plan of attack to get that highest value!

Presentation - To get top dollar and sell quickly, your home has to appeal to the broadest client-base possible while still having those unique characteristics to stand out. From large updates to simple things like staging and cleaning, I have resources to help you, and to make sure you don’t overspend!

the quicker the sale the better

Don’t be fooled - the first days of a listing matters. Prospective buyers can see listing histories on syndicates (i.e. Zillow) and will infer issues with the home or desperation. Price it right with excellent photography and be aggressive until it sells.
