John was amazing during the building of my new home!
We looked at multiple lots together. Had multiple contracts. Had many setbacks and when we finally found land that we couldn't build the house I wanted on, because the land was too small, he custom drew a home for me!
He never complained, worked endlessly to help me get a nice home, and became a friend in the end.
Funny, he wasn't even my realtor, he was the builder's, yet did more work than the realtor I had known for years and that sat back and got paid. I haven't heard from my own realtor since closing, John on the other hand, sent me a card and brought me a house warming gift.
I highly recommend John to any and everyone!
