John Bencheck has been my realtor since 2014.  I found John through a website back in 2014 when my husband and I first started looking for homes.  John showed us homes during the bad winter snow storm in 2014 into 2015.  We found a home that we liked and then decided not to bid after getting a case of first time buyers reluctance.

Fast forward to the fall/winter of 2015 and we were starting to look again.  John followed up with us just to check in periodically and he was the first person I called when we were serious about finding a home again.  This time around, John was spot on in the homes he showed us due to the relationship he built with us and I never felt rushed into the purchase.  He knew our basic criteria but the most impressive thing about John was his ability to hone in on the unspoken characteristics that we were looking for in a home. In his words, we were looking for "a neighborhood that looks like money, but isn't money."  He was spot on and we LOVE our neighborhood and our house!  John paid close attention to our reactions to the first few homes he showed us and into less than a week of showing homes, he was able to perfectly send us homes that he knew fit our personality without us saying a word. I was so impressed by his ability and his patience with us as well as overall knowledge of homes and their construction/materials.

        John is top notch and I would highly recommend him to any other customer.  He also went above and beyond in pointing me in the right direction after the closing in relation to a minor maintenance issue and walked my husband and I through the steps of who to contact first to get the issue corrected.  This is above and beyond since we were closed and I am so appreciative.  Overall, John's abilities as a realtor exceeded my past experience of working with realtors and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience of purchasing our first home together and our first single family home.
